A Council of 50, elected directly by the People.

-          Declares War

-          Ratifies Appointments and Rulings

-          Final Appeal of Execution or Exile

-          Elects Mägnaro (Magistrates)

-          Elects Amero (Tribunes) of the People

Siranhûs – The Courts

All decisions made by the Siranhûs must be Ratified by the Wolkarhûs.

(The Magistrates)

Mägnaro Ådelon – “City Managers”

          Two from each region.

-          Handle Local Finance, contracting, daily regulation of shops/businesses, minor disputes.

-          Carry special responsibility for Civic Events (festivals, public banquets, arena sports).

Mägnaro Kvestig – Law Enforcement

10 inspectors (M. Inspektöro), 20 detectives (M. Detektivo), and 100 deputies (M. Vikariho) for each region, plus a corps of 1,000 at-large uniformed officers (Ämbetsmanno).

-          Conduct investigations (criminal, civil, government “internal affairs”, others as needed).

-          Perform audits.

Mägnaro Röstram – Federal Agents

100 in each region, each a citizen of impeccable reputation and the greatest possible integrity; the most trusted and repected people in the Fungadam Empire.

-          Conducts a Census of all Fungarram citizens once every five years to determine their citizenship, economic status, social class and eligibility for miltary service and public office.

-          Has the power to grant citizenship.

-          May raise or lower a citizen’s social ranking.

-          May remove public officials (with just cause).

-          Unofficial guardians of culture, Fugarr language, public morals

-          Oversee Education and laborer’s concerns (In association with the Mägnaro Arbetskarlon).

Mägnaro Arbetskarlon

            100 in each region, each either a former or current employee in some industrial company. (AG).

-          Works with labour unions to grant laborers’ wishes and help alleviate conflicts.

-          Works with Industrialists to keep jobs open and benefits good.

-          Provides legal counsel to workers in conflicts.
